Refund Policy

Panini Pie Factory guarantees customer's satisfaction and backs up this guarantee by offering full refund of the paid price if a customer is not satisfied with the purchased product. This offer does not apply to cases of customer's mishandling of the panini pies such as leaving them unrefrigerated for more than a day, repeat thawing and refreezing of the pies, reheating pies in the manner not consistent with provided instructions. Upon receiving your request for a refund, we will contact you to clarify what exactly went wrong with your order, and will issue the refund immediately once we are assured that you haven't mishandled our products.
