Vegan Shakshuka


Shakshuka is a breakfast dish made mostly of eggs and tomatoes that is beloved by people all over the Middle East region. In the vegan version of this pie we replace eggs with extra firm tofu prepared to imitate scrambled eggs. The imitation in color, texture, and taste is so good that many people have difficulty realizing that they are eating "scrambled" tofu. 

  • Organic firm tofu, nutritional yeast,  tumeric, tomatoes, red onion, vegetable oil, middle eastern spices,  zaatar, black pepper, salt.
