Healthy and nutritious

The crust made of the bread dough does not require any butter, and contains, therefore, significantly less calories than the pastry dough. The total caloric content of Panini Pies depends on the filling but varies between 320 and 470 Calories. According to nutritionists the optimal breakfast calorie intake for an average person is between 300 and 400 calories, and between 500 and 700 calories for lunch and dinner. This makes a single panini pie a perfect choice for any meal: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The ingredients used in the fillings of the Panini Pies (with some exceptions) are placed inside the crust raw, and are cooked while the pies are being baked. As a result, the ingredients in our pies are never overprocessed (unlike the content of many supermarket brands), and you can actually see their individual pieces inside a pie.  So the ingredients of our pies preserve all their nutritional benefits – vitamins and minerals. When eating a panini pie you are consuming food rich in useful nutrients rather than empty calories.
