Spinach & Feta Cheese Panini Pies
Panini Pie twist on a classical spinach pie. Inspired by Greek spanakopita, it is made with a bread rather then phyllo dough, has a different proption of spinach and cheeses. Toasted pine nuts add a subtle contrasting texture with a delicate nuttiness. Perfect breakfast panini pie for adults and children.
Storage and reheating
Store refrigirated up to a week, or freeze up to a month, Reheat in a panini press, toaster, oven, skillet until the crust is formed (1-2 min). Do not microwave. If frozen, let it thaw before reheating.
Because our pies are handmade, the weight of individual pies might vary between 140 and 160 g with average around 150 g (0.33 lb)
