Marsala Chicken Panini Pies

A panini pie fantasy on the Italian Marsala Sauce theme. Creamy  in texture, fulfilling and delicious. Use it for lunch or dinner.

  • Storage and reheating

    Store refrigirated up to a week, or freeze up to a month, Reheat in a panini press, toaster, oven, skillet until the crust is formed (1-2 min). Do not microwave.  If frozen,  let it thaw before reheating

    Ingredients: Dough: flour, yeast, eggs, water; Filling: chicken thighs and breasts, mushrooms, marsala wine, onion, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper

    Diameter of all panini pies is 5 /4" that fits a standard toaster
